Instaweb hosting fee's are calculated when you create hosting plans. The fee is based on how much disk space and data transfer you allocate to your plans. Hosting accounts can be billed either monthly or yearly. A discount is automatically applied for yearly billing. Below is some sample plans:

MySQL and MS SQL 2005 Databases are charged at $12.50 per 50mb block of diskspace used by a database. You can have an unlimited amount of databases, however each database must have it's own 50mb allocation.
Domains
You can register, transfer and administer domains with Instaweb using the control panel. Discounts are automatically applied for registering domains for more than 2 years. Below is our current registration fees:
